March 17, 2011 J Village, a soccer training facility located at a point about 20 km south of Fukushima Dai-ichi NPS, was utilized as a place for preparing workers for entry into Fukushima Dai-ichi NPS, where they put on their protective equipment, and performed contamination tests when leaving, etc.
